1Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and onion until soft.
2Add meat or veg and mix in the curry kit.
3Mix in the tomatoes.
4Simmer for 15 minutes, until the sauce reduces.
5Stir in the almonds cream and yogurt. Cook gently for 2-4 minutes before serving.
6Adjust seasoning if required.
The kits work really well in a slow cooker.
Add the cream and yogurt just before serving.
